Keep out of fridge time on drinks?

Question

I have a drink that says keep refrigerated. It says can stay out up to 12 hours. Now does that mena say i can have it out at th enight time while i sleep, then put it back in a fridge for the day then back out while i sleep etc? Or does it mean just the once?

I do that with my juice and it seems to be ok, even after a week. So go ahead.
