Keeping Pressure Treated Wood Looking New...?

Is there a product that will maintain the appearance of PT lumber. I know stuff like Thompson's Water Seal is great for protecting wood, but it doesn't stop it from turning gray. Any suggestions? Thanks!

My fence is made of pressure treated wood. I have put water seal on it twice in three years. It is still fading from the sun. I don't think there is anything you can put on it, unless you stain it. I used clear water sealer.
