Keeping Warm At Bus Stop?

I have to wait for 30 minutes at the bus stop every morning, i can't turn up later for the bus because its very unpredictable, and i can keep my chest and arms warm by wearing another white top under my shirt, which isn't going to be seen, but i have really cold legs in the mornings. Any ideas on how i could keep them warm, And Btw my school uniform Is...

Light Blue Shirt

Grey Trousers

Grey Socks

Black Shoes

There is no bus shelter, and it is in the complete open, also i have like 20 minutes to get ready so coffee, tea or hot chocolate are not an option, and ive covered my body, and arms and head, but its from my waist down that is cold

What if you wore grey knee high socks? They're very warm.

If you have socks that are normal in height, you could change back into those when you get to school if it's a problem to wear knee highs.

Can you wear longer, warmer socks until you reach school and then change? As well you could put on long johns underneath and again, change out of them at school.

Lastly, why not get up 10 minutes earlier and make a hot drink to bring with you?
