Keeping bugs off of my plant naturally?

I have a jalapeno plant that is being eaten by something. Is there anything natural that I can put on my plant to keep bugs from eating it?

Any suggestions would be appreciated!!! =)

  1. the laundry det will probably work we use dawn dishwashing det.2 tblsp to a pump up sprayer.works great


  2. Rhubarb leaf. Blenderise it. Mix with water and spray on.

    It's mildly poisonous to us too so wash before you eat.

  3. all i can think of is find a natural plant supply store like nps(nautural plant supply)

  4. My grandma used to spray them with 2TBSP liquid laundry detergent in a 1 quart sprayer every other night or so. Her plants were always nice.

  5. Praying Mantis egg cases, can be bought at farmers garden supply stores, or you can gather your own from milkweeds.  Praying mantis' have voracious appetites for any other bugs.
