    There are a couple of ways to go about tightening up a "loose" v****a. You could try surgery, which would probably be expensive and perhaps quite complicated, so I would save that as a last resort. There are pills and what not out there but I would write them off as a scam at first. The way to think about it is that the v****a is really just a series of muscles working together to open and close when necessary and control all the functions that go on down there. It is a lot like any other muscle group of the body, and you can certainly work out to make it stronger. Makes sense right? There are plenty of simple exercises you can do. You need to find yourself a good routine of kegels and get some sort of book etc. that will give you more and more advanced routines so that you can build your way to a tighter and stronger v****a.     There definitley won't be a super easy way to do it, but the exercises is probably the easiest and certainly the most natural way to do it. Lots of times this is what they will reccomend to you after pregnancy, that is where I got the idea and I've been doing it ever since.
