Keeping strength throughout the summer?

Throughtout July and part of August, I will not be having dance classes. What should I do to keep all (or most) of my muscle? Should I just do a regular dance class every day?

  1. Stretch EVERY day and maybe practice some of the challenging things you remember struggling with in dance. At least keep flexible and stretch every day, no matter how long, though


  2. i would say keep active through out the summer...make sure you keep up your cardio for sure...and also if your city has a drop in dance center i would think about taking classes every now and then...the more the better...but of course that means...the more class the more expensive

  3. I know this sounds soooo much like what everyone else will say but PRACTISE PRACTISE PRACTISE! If you can find a summer school then do that. Try to only practise things you can already do well because you don't want to learn something the wrong way.
