Keeping wire on or off whitch one?

okay so the situation is i bought a litter box for my rabbit. theirs wire on top to make droppings fall through , should i keep it on or off. Also i need litter training tips. Thanks

rabbits get a condition called sore hocks on their feet with wire flooring. The cage is fine for litterbox training granted its large enough, but make sure you put a carpet square down for the rabbit to lay on.
