ok i met kelly in 06 hes an amzing guy and i surfed with him frim winning a contest t was my prize. his advice is priceless and hes gave me some life lessons in the short two hour session i got to spend wit him.  dont go lookin for his adress he told me the one thing in the world he hates it popularity and told e he waas glad i wasnt some dumbass that just wanted his autograph(which i never got) just let him be maybe ul run into him

He has a home in Florida. And yes he is an awesome surfer!! Seen him surf a couple of times at New Smyrna Beach, FL in a couple of contests. If you really want a great book to read about him it's called Pipe Dreams (Six-Time World Champion) a surfer's journey. He grew up in Cocoa Beach, FL.

While I can agree that Kelly is a great surfer, meeting him made me think twice about being a huge fan.  He was pretty much an a**.  Probably unlisted and he spends most if his time overseas and Hawaii.  He has a house in Hawaii,one Australia and like a condo or something in Fla.  Actually, being Quiksilver's main guy he probably doesn't need to own a house as he can use any of their primo houses.  Like how Bruce Irons lives in the Volcom house at Pipe.

First, Kelly Slater is sponsored by Quiksilver not Volcom. He lives all over the world (traveling for the tour). In his off time he is probably traveling to Mex, Aus, Haw, Bali, etc.  He is making bank so he probably has multiple houses. I know he has a house in Florida.
