Ken Griffey Jr. TRADED????

Ken Rosenthal is saying that the Cincinnati Reds and the CHICAGO WHITE SOX? have agreed on a deal that would send Ken Griffey Jr. to the White Sox. The trade is pending Griffeys approval. WHAT!!!!!!!! discuss

That thud you just heard was White Sox playoff chances crashing to Earth. If it happens it's the best possible deal for Minnesota. If the Sox put Griffey in CF they will have the worst outfield in MLB. Adding an almost 39 year-old with bad wheels makes absolutely no sense. If the Sox give up more than a case of flat beer and a tub of stale popcorn for him, they've given up too much.

What's gotten into Kenny Williams? Are he and Dave Dombrowski (traded for noted slug Kyle Farnsworth) drinking from the same trough?

Griffey Jr. got traded for a pitcher and an infielder he is getting older and only has 15 homers and a 245 BA but i would have at least tryed to get more players. He could block the trade but he didnt he blocked a trade to tampa this year. I cant believe he did this trade but maybe he wants a world series win. Either way the reds should have kept him.

Keep posted to the MLB.com. The trade has not been confirmed yet or else Sports Centre will say it tomorrow.Or in an update.Well MLB.com will say it when it is confirmed.
