Kenmore 63694 light replacement

Question

The internal light bulb in the microwave is out. Can you tell me how to get to the bulb to replace it. I know you take the exhaust grate off the front. After that I am at a loss. This seems to be a very reoccuring problem with this model. Any ideas on how to keep this bulb from going out so often?Thanks,Stan
