Kenmore Elite stops cooling - Relay keeps cycling

Question

Hello,
We woke up this morning to find our frozen foods defrosting in our refrigerator. (Kenmore Elite model 106.50509990 black side-by-side)
Vacuuming out the coils under the unit was of no help. Every few minutes the relay (attached to the side of the compressor) clicks (on?) and then clicks again (off?) about 5 seconds later. The top of the compressor feels somewhat hot. From what I can see there is no ice built up behind the back panel of the freezer. What really seems funny is that the refrigerator side still seems to be cool, but the freezer side is rather warm. The repair company is backed up and cannot come out until Thursday (3 days). Can anyone please help. Thanks.
