Kenmore Microwave hood combo Model # 66569689992 ...

Question

heating water in glass bowl, and the microwave just stopped and displays F6 error code and sounds like its running so I have to unplug it to turn it off. This happended once before and the tech came out and did something to the sensor board. It seemed like a pretty easy fix. My husband has some electrical experience and is pretty handy. Wanted to see if you could give some advice on how to fix it?
