I have a Kenmore Refrigerator that keeps freezing up. The model number for it is 25369832900 and the serial number is BA 00700520. I defrost it, by turning it off for a while. Turn it back on, and it works fine, until about 2 weeks later, it freezes up again. I have taken the back panel (inside of the freezer) off and exposed the coils, this time. It is completely froze up. I unplugged the wire that is connected to the dial, inside the freezer, and completely removed this. Now what? Please give me some ideas what to look for. When it freezes up, the fan makes a bad clanging sound, I guess because it is hitting up against "ice". A few weeks ago, when it was frozen up, the bottom wouldn't even cool properly, and I lost milk and a couple of other things, because I didn't realize it wasn't cooling. This is when I realized I had a problem. I guess it wasn't getting ventilation from the freezer???? I'm a woman, so I ain't to savvy at these things, but I try. Thanks for any help that you can give.
