I self cleaned my kenmore oven and everything was fine. It finished cleaning and the fan was running when I left the house. When I got back it had an F4 fault code and the door was locked. I cannot get the door to unlock. (I found the repair parts guide for my double oven and it lists the model numbers as 911.4942590 or 911.4942990. Since the microwave has the model number of 911.4942590, I am assuming that the other model number is for the oven.) How do I get the door unlocked? From everything that I have read it seems that the heat sensor has shorted out, but I can't get the door open in order to get at the part. Please help e as I am about to go crazy.
