Kenmore fridge won't run after cleaning fan motor. I removed the fan from my Kenmore fridge model

I removed the fan from my Kenmore fridge model 363.9662811, after cleaning fan blades and neither the compressor or fan will cycle on. Is there a breaker or overload that needs to be reset?Thanks Dave
