We were cooking a frozen pizza tonight, my son checked on it thought it needed to be on for a couple of more minutes (set the time for two min, so he says), we went in a couple of min later to check on the pizza and it was totally scorched, the oven temp seemed very high and the reading on the screen read some type of error. I pushed off button, the broiler element seemed to be on, pushed off again, nothing happened. I then pushed the broiler button, turned down temp and then turned the off button. Elements are not lit up, but it appears that the oven is still on, at least it is not cooling down. Help.
