Kenmore refrigidaire, bottom freezer

Question

my freezer feezes waier but does'nt want to freeze my ice cream. Every thing else seems to be fine. I am getting a little frost across the middle of back wall of the freeser. I did shut down the frig a couple of times
and it did'nt seem to help.
