The oven heats up to the desired temp, but sometimes shuts down periodically. The display reads the set temp, but actual temperature could much lower. The oven may run ten minutes, or a couple of hours, before doing this. When it does occur, there appears to be power from the relays, but the elements will not heat, even when put on broil. Is there temp cut-out that may be acting up, or possibly a control board, or relay board? My wife kinda wants it going for Christmas dinner.Sort of the same problem. The upper oven seems to heat, and the "Pre-Bake" comes on. It will heat for a while and then, sometimes, will just completely shut itself off. It does this only some of the time. Last time (yesterday) I decided to be stubborn and would turn it back on every time it would turn off. After five or six times, I went to open the oven to check inside, and I was locked out. It wasn't like a cleaning cycle lockout, where the door won't budge. I could open it maybe half an inch, then it is locked. I don't know how to make it open. (Open the door, HAL) OK, I lost the stubborn contest, but why is it doing this and how do I fix it? By the way, it seemed to start this after the last time I did the self-cleaning cycle, if that might have anything to do with it. What can I do? By the way, the bottom oven works fine. It's two+ years old, and I can't find a model number.
