Kenneth Cole KC 3063 Loosing time

I have a 10 year old Kenneth Cole watch (#KC 3063) that is loosing time pretty consistently. I got a new battery and when the problem persisted, I had the battery tested (it tested fine). I doubt that I can find the original receipt. Is there any way to service the watch or any ideas as to how to set it right?
