Kenneth Cole KC1382 instructions

Question

One of my boys received a Kenneth Cole KC1382 watch for Christmas without instructions. We figured out how to set the calendar. But in doing so we noted that the calendar goes well beyond 31. Are there special instuctions for how to set the calendar and to make sure that it turns over to 1 on the right day?
