http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 manager Kenny Dalglish is more than happy to have Luis Suarez back in his squad, while the manager believes the player is better now, then he was before his suspension.
Suarez went on to serve an eight game ban because of some racial slurs that he threw in Patrice Evra’s direction, in a Premier League game earlier in the season.
However, the striker went on to serve his ban and made a comeback to the Liverpool squad last night, as he was part of the team that took on Tottenham Hotspur.
The striker came on in the second half of the game and played just over twenty minutes for the Reds.
Despite his return, Liverpool couldn’t beat Tottenham and ended up sharing the points at the end of the night.
Liverpool’s manager, Kenny Dalglish believes the time that Suarez spent on the sidelines has helped him improve as a player and has made the player a whole lot better than he was.
The Reds boss is quoted to have said: "I think he has learned something over the time he's been out.”
"I think you learn something every time you go to your bed, whether it's good, bad or indifferent is open to conjecture.”
"We are just glad to get him back, so we are not going to go over old ground.”
However, the manager was amazed that he was talking about something related to Suarez, that had nothing to do with football, or the player’s ability on the pitch.
Dalglish then ended by adding: "It's amazing how now he's coming back we are talking about something that's not related to his abilities or the goals he's scored, but we want to concentrate on that now.”
With Suarez now back in the Liverpool squad and with the team looking to go all out, it is safe to assume the forward is going to be a whole lot more deadlier than he was previously.
At the same time, with the Merseyside club finally picking up their form, the striker’s return could spur the team on and help them push for a top four finish as the season draws closer to its conclusion.
