Liverpool boss, Kenny Dalglish, has hailed the performance of the Reds’ influential midfielder, Charlie Adam, in the recent win against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

The 25-year-old initiated the attack for Liverpool’s first goal as he won the ball from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Craig-Bellamy-c9471, who played an inch perfect pass to Maxi Rodriguez to find the back of the net.
Adam directly assisted the second goal, playing an inch perfect cross-field ball to onrushing http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Glen-Johnson-c15050, who scored from inside the box after going past a number of defenders.
Adam has been a revelation at Liverpool since joining the Merseyside club from Blackpool, and Dalglish has expressed his satisfaction with his impact at the Anfield club.
The Reds manager told the club’s official website:
"Charlie played very well but there's nothing he's doing that has surprised us. He won the ball back on many occasions during the game, but that one for the first goal was highlighted more because it resulted in us scoring. His pass for the second goal was
sublime as well."
Dalglish also revealed that he wanted to sign Adam from Blackpool in the January 2011 transfer window. The Liverpool boss has assured that there is still plenty to come from the former Blackpool skipper.
"He was someone we wanted to get in January but it didn't happen. I don't think it's been a bad bit of business. I don't think he will rest on his laurels either. He wants to push onwards and upwards and so do we," Kenny Dalglish concluded.
Charlie Adam has become a vital member of the Liverpool squad and has played all Premier League matches for the Reds this season.
