Kenny Dalglish questions F.A’s sense of humour
New Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish has come to the defence of Ryan Babel after the midfielder was charged with improper behaviour by the Football Association. Babel was hit by disciplinary action for his comments against referee Howard Webb after Liverpool’s

1-0, much to the chagrin of Ryan Babel.

game. Sorry Howard Webb.”
Now, new Reds manager Kenny Dalglish has questioned the F.A’s decision to charge his player. The Liverpool legend insists that Ryan Babel’s comments were meant to be a joke. He said, “I think it is only a bit of fun. Maybe I've been out of the game too long
but let's see if they (F.A) can find a sense of humour. He apologized straight away.”
Dalglish went on to add that he doubted whether it was Babel who had created the picture of Howard Webb in a Manchester United shirt, saying, “I don't think he's clever enough technically to have drawn that up himself.”
However, as of now, the charges still stand, meaning that the Liverpool midfielder faces a fine and a ban of at least one match. http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Ryan-Babel-c31971 has two days to decide whether or not he will lodge an appeal against the verdict.
