  1. being from a small town outside of pittsburgh... i go every year sometimes more than once...i have been to other parks but i prefer kennywood b/c its close, and the potato patch is awesome... nothing beats good old hometown fun

  2. I have been to Kennywood every year for the past 40 years.  It is a very nice park and they add new attractions every year and keep it nicely updated.  The french fries are great - visit the "Potato Patch".  Also, there are a few old wooden roller coasters (The Thunderbolt, The Racers and The Jack Rabbit) that are excellent and very different from the new modern style steel coasters.  If you have a chance to go to Kennywood you should go and enjoy the day!

  3. yes!!! i live like 5-10 mins from it so thats where i spend most of my summer.

    i absolutely love it there.

i applied for a job there cause i love it so much:]

  4. yes, i have been to kennywood.

i think that it is an ok park.  i have been to much bigger, and better parks in my life so i don't think that i would visit kennywood again, unless my hubby (who is from that area) wanted to go.

  5. Yes i have i don't live too far away from it...i think it is one of the best parks around in the area...it also has something 4 every type of person when it comes 2 rides...it is like a little Disney land in a way 4 around here...so u should go and have fun

  6. Kennywood is a great family park.

I live near Cleveland and go to Kennywood whenever I can.

The wooden rollercoasters are well cared for and give a great ride. Prices are CHEAP. Food is very good. Parking is FREE.

What's not to love. There are bigger parks, but Kennywood has all that I need in an amusement park.
