Kensington PilotBoard Wireless Desktop Model#64379...

I have a Kensington PilotBoard Wireless Desktop Model# 64379, that offers a wireless keyboard and wirless mouse. Both were working fine before (needed to reboot a few times before). Now I the key board works, mouse stopped working completely, both on Window XP as well as Vista. Appreciate any suggestions.
