Hey does anybody know the heat index in kentucky at which you are not allowed to play high school football. Thanks

There is a whole policy and procedure for avoiding heat injury/illness.  But here is a little bit.  The entire policy is at the link below.

Heat index 95-99: Helmets and other possible equipment removed while not involved in contact.

Heat index of 100-104: Helmets and other possible equipment removed if not involved in contact or

necessary for safety. If necessary for safety, suspend activity. Re-check temperature and humidity every 30 minutes to monitor for increased Heat Index.

Heat index >105: Stop all outside activity in practice and/or play.
