Did you know that they genetically modify (mutate) their chickens so that they do not grow beaks? Its so they dont peck each other to death in their tiny cages.

Yummy, right?

  3. i did no not know that . it hurts chickens ,its not right even for KFC

  4. Where did you get this stuff?

  5. wow

  6. They clip the beaks when they hatch so they don't peck each others' eyes out.  It's like clipping your nails.   Worried about chickens?  Think about circumcising infants.

  7. Incorrect on both counts... all chickens have beeks .. otherwise they couldn't eat....

egg=laying chickens in cages... fryers turned loose in a barn with lights on 24 hours/day...so they will eat, and get big quickly...

When they reach a certain weight, turn out lights, chicken go to sleep.. scoop them up,into coops...and it's off to fryer-land....

  8. not heard of this.

  9. I don't know where you heard that but it isn't true.

  10. didn't know that. knew they cut the beaks of baby chickens though.

  11. Thanks for the info...doesn't change a thing. It still tastes great. Oh, by the way I figured out the recipe as close as I can get and you can cook it yourself like I did!
