Kentucky Paternity test for child over 30?

I am asking for a friend of mine. She needs information or a reference to a good lawyer to establish who her biological father is. She is over 30 and wanting to know if this certain man is her father and also because of medical reasons (to obtain his medical history). Also, if she does determine that he is her father, is he in any way responsible for any back child support to her or her mother for her minor years?

I have no idea as far as a paternity lawyer but my step father is paying back child support on my 2 step sisters who are d**n near 30. It all goes to their mother for the years that she raised them and he wasn't in the picture. but yes her mother would be entitled to back child support.  YOu could probally do a google search on Paternity lawyers in the state of Ky and find a few.., I'm not sure....
