Kenwood Receiver KR-a5020 receiver won't come out...

Question

When you push the power button, you here a click and the unit/display lights up like normal but the second power on click does not occur. Before it was broken the following would occur:1. A click is heard and the unit lights up2. After a one or two second delay the unit would click again and the unit would play the input.Step number two doesn't happen now. I check all the speaker wires and speaker on/off button and even tried using headphones and still no sound. Is there any fuses that could be blown or a bad relay of some sort that is preventing a full power on?
