Kenwood ka 405 integrated amp

Question

when i turn it on the meters light up --there is no click in the amp as there was before.There doesnt seem to be a burnt odor in it.have checked both fuses and test ok. i really cood use all the help i can get. have had this guy for over 20 yrs and want it back working again, If i cant repair it i can find another,but wood like to give it a try
