In the ongoing International Cricket Council (http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Kenya-c752 to 138 runs in reply to their tally of 204 runs.
After winning the toss, Papua New Guinea decided to bat first in a bid to post a formidable total for Kenya to chase. However, in the 5th over they suffered their first loss when opener http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Charles-Amini-c49702 was given leg-before-wicket off the bowling
of http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Christopher-Alroy-Martin-c50714 Ndandason after scoring just three runs off 13 deliveries. In the same over Ndandason struck again when skipper Christopher Kent was adjudged leg-before-wicket after scoring four runs off five deliveries.
Opener Lega Siaka, after playing an innings of 12 runs off 18 deliveries had his stumps uprooted by Duncan Iain Allan off a sensational delivery that was just too good to be played by the batsman.
In the middle-order, Sese Bau and Dogodo Bau smacked 18 runs each as they gave some resistance against the rampant Kenyan bowling onslaught; however, it was the innings of 22 runs by Norman Vanua followed by a staggering knock of 82 runs off 86 deliveries
by Toua Tom that really tilted the game in favour of Papua New Guinea.
Toua Tom hit four boundaries and four sixes as he wreaked havoc on the Kenyan bowlers who had the game in their hands before Toua Tom came out to bat. The bowlers were taken aback by the batsman’s robust batting and had no clue as to how to put breaks on
the batting bombardment launched by the batsman near the end of the innings.
The inspirational innings helped Papua New Guinea go past the 200 mark which helped in adding pressure on the Kenyan batting.
With a tough tally at hand, Kenya failed to give their innings a solid start as they lost their opener http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Rahul-c83321 Nathani Vishram on the third delivery of the first over when the batsman after scoring two runs off three deliveries, edged a delivery by Raymond
Charles Haoda to wicketkeeper D Bau.

http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Duncan-c54739 Iain Allan and wicketkeeper/batsman Jignesh Hirani then stood defiant against their opposition as both batsmen exhibited fine strokes all over the park in a bid to salvage the game by scoring 31 and 28 runs.
However, on the last delivery of the 11th over, Allan was caught at first slip by Kent off the bowling of Vanua and Hirani fell to his demise in the 26th over when he was caught at mid-on by Nao off the bowling of http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Kent-c802.
In the end, Kenya could only manage http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Thomas-George-Burrows-c93472o post a score of 138 runs as the whole side was bowled out in 36.3 overs.
T Tom was named as the man of the match for his sensational innings with the bat and then taking a wicket in six overs by conceding 20 runs.
