Kernal32.DLL, keeps coming up on Win 98SE.?

I'm trying to reinstall Picasa 2 on Win 98SE and all I get is 32.DLL. Then when I look for 32,DLL, it says it already on there.

  1. I think thats a virus...try running an antivirus like avg. Its free to download.
