i know the new issue is out today but, how long does the old one stay in stores for? if i went into the shops, would it still be there? Thanks (:

For a week, sometimes they keep them out if they have any left but I guess it varies from shop to shop.

Well I dont think but I know in my local corner shop they do update very quicky

I've still got the first ever issue with Angus Young on the front. It's nowhere near as good now as it used to be in the eighties

If the new one is now on the shelves, the last issue will have been returned.

You can always ask the shopkeeper if they still have it.

I know you used to be able to order back issues from the magazine itself, is that still possible?  Haven't bought it in ages, just watch it on TV now instead.

some shops do keep them but they are supposed to send them back to comag or whoever it was that supplied them as most shops operate on a no sale-return basis meaning they won't be charged for certain unsold magazines.  however smaller newsagents tend not to do that so you could try your luck there.
