Kerry Woods for Johan Santan. This trade was just accepted. Are there any justification in this trade?

The guy who traded away Santana has no closers and only starters. The guy who gtraded away Kerry Wood wasn't an idiot. If I were you, I'd email the commissioner and say the trade isn't fair.

None at all.  Kerry Wood has done a decent job closing, but there is no reason to drop Santana.  It doesn't make any sense unless the guy that had Santana doesn't think he has a chance and is unloading some good players to his friends.
