download the avg uninstaller from google..... sorry i dont have the link. then install kaspersky. its a much better program as far as detection goes.

Kaspersky MAY have slown down my system, but it doesn't really bother me at all since i have top of the line specs. as long as u have 1 gig ram, kaspersky will rarely bother you. (except when it detects something :D)

AVG by far has yet to be the best. on the other hand, kaspersky never fails to make it to the number 1 or 2 spot consecutively. i'll write about security software reviews on my wordpress this weekend :D. and kaspersky will be number 1!
