We are on our 5th pot in the past few weeks. I had an older model that was less than 2 years old and it started making coffee by itself. It didn't matter if the handle was up or not. It just spewed coffee or very hot water all over the kitchen. Called Keurig and they said they had not encountered this problem before and since the pot was over one year old they couldn't replace it. We had purchased it at Costco, so took it back, they refunded our money and we bought a new one. We had it for 7 days, worked great, then the Not Ready light stayed lit all the time and nothing worked. Bought another one, worked for one cup of coffee. Called Keurig said they would call back on Monday. The lady had me hold down the cup buttons and then hit the power button, said sometimes this has to be done for a period of over 10 minutes. Tried repeatedly and no luck. Took the pot back got another, it worked for a few days, then the same thing. Tried the button solution with no luck. Took it back got one at a store a long way away and it worked for about 5 days. Then it made coffe all by itself and then nothing worked except the not ready light. We have purchased our 5th pot and getting ready to try it. I love this coffee, but the pots seem to have turned to junk.Has anyone else had this problem?
