Mick McCarthy has gone on to confirm that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Kevin-Doyle-c20719 will not be leaving Wolverhampton Wanderers in the near future.
Doyle was signed by http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Wolves-c40952 over two years ago, for a fee of six million pounds. Since then, the striker went on to win over the fans at the club and has been highly impressive every time he stepped onto the pitch.
However, with him being dropped to the bench due to the brilliant performances that Steven Fletcher has been putting in, it was believed the striker could push for a move away from the club.
At the same time, the likes of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 were believed to be monitoring the player’s situation, as they looked to snap him up for cheap.
McCarthy seems to have heard enough of these rumours and has admitted that the forward isn’t going anywhere in January.
The Wolves manager is quoted to have said: "He’s not going anywhere" said McCarthy.

"He wasn’t at any stage but he certainly isn’t 48 hours before the transfer deadline."
The manager also confirmed that his side were more than likely to not make any notable signings of their own, since all that the media was saying was based on rumours and not on any solid facts.
"I’ve read all sorts of things and I honestly don’t know where it has come from," he added.

"We have tried to do things but it has just not worked out for us and I think that will be the story for a lot of clubs."
Doyle has been one of the most underrated players in the Premier League, but it seems like the player has been catching the eyes of the top clubs in the Premier League.
Many experts have predicted that the striker could easily flourish at a bigger club and it is only a matter of time before the striker makes a move to another team.
Considering the fact that the striker is now twenty eight years old, he will weigh up his options at the end of the season and try and push for a move elsewhere.
Nonetheless, should he be given regular first team action, he could chose to see out the rest of his career at the club.
