Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Doyle has denied rumours linking him with a move to his former employers as he doesn’t want to ruin the memories he has of his time at Reading.

Elaborating on his earlier statement Doyle explained that he did not want to ruin the fond memories he had of the club. Doyle said, "My four years was brilliant and I wouldn't like to ruin that.”
He also denied that any approach has been made by Reading, "Not that I've had the option, by the way. I've not spoken to Brian, just to wish him all the best.”
