Kevin Durant for Brandon Roy?

That's a good trade, but I don't think that OKC would be willing to give up Kevin Durant because he is still young and has huge potential.

Roy is a better defender than Durant while Roy can't shoot threes. Roy fits better with the Blazers.

That could never happen.  OKC would be giving up two top 10 draft picks for Brandon Roy, who despite being rookie of the year (Durant was also), is not projected to be as good of a player as Durant.  Portland does not need to make a trade.  They already have Greg Oden coming back from microfracture surgery, which will help them in the middle instantly, and they drafted Brandon Rush and Joey Dorsey, key players on each of the NCAA championship teams.  Rush projects as a starting NBA SF and impact player--a very similar player to Green, except with slightly better outside shooting--while Dorsey is one of the most athletic players at any level in the world.  If Dorsey can improve his post game, he and Oden would make a scary tandem on both ends of the floor.  Fun Fact: In college, the only person who could really handle Dorsey was Oden himself.

Uhh, Shamiz...

The Blazers traded both Brandon Rush and Joey Dorsey away....Rush to Pacers so they could get Jerryd Bayless and Dorsey to Rockets for Nicholas Batum.

But Roy fits better with the Blazers because of his floor leadership abilities and Durant, with the huge "potential" and everything, is just a player I don't see emerging to be anything spectacular.
