Kevin Painter left stunned over James Wade’s return in action
In a surprising turn of events at McCoy Premier League of darts, debutant Kevin Painter was shocked to witness his unexpected defeat against James Wade.
Former Premier League champion James Wade was finally able to make his return in the event by registering an 8-6 victory against ‘the Artist’.
With this win, Wade has been able to register his first victory at the Premier League.
The Machine had been looking for a major breakthrough since he lost in the semi-finals against Adrian Lewis back at Ladbrokes.
However, for Painter, the defeat was nothing less than a shock. It was something he was not expecting at all.

Commenting on the win, Wade said, “It’s been a bit frustrating for me because I know I am good enough to beat most players every week and I am not doing it”.
“I can’t speak for other players but I have other things going on. It’s not intentional but I have other things happening,” he continued.
He further added that he is happy about getting the breakthrough in the event, even though unlike other players, he was not able to get it in the beginning.
Also, Wade commented that all the players who are part of the Premier League are exceptional.
He claimed that they are here because of the relentless hard work and persistence they have been investing in their game.
According to experts, it was nerve handling that was missing from Wade’s game.
Once he has been able to put it in the right place, he will definitely be able to channelize his skill and potential of darts in the right direction.
The Machine of darts, Wade, has been on medications for a long time. He is now showing signs of recovery and improvement in his game.
