England’s premier batsman, Kevin Pietersen, has expressed his desire to do well in the upcoming Test series against Sri Lanka and said that he wants to make amends for his poor performances against the Lankans in the past.
Pietersen had a torrid time in the recently concluded Test series against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Abdur-Rehman-c41691. However, the right-handed batsman made a fantastic comeback in the limited-overs
portion of the tour and hammered the Green Shirts.

Historically, Pietersen has struggled in Sri Lanka and failed to make an impression in England’s last tour of the Island. The right-handed batsman wants to make up for his failures this time round.
Pietersen said, "I came here last time and batted like a plonker. I wasn't playing well at all. It was an opportunity for me to get an away hundred against Sri Lanka."
The right-hander is considered as one of the most destructive batsmen of in modern day sport and has the ability to change the complexion of the game within a short span of time.
Pietersen has not scored away Test centuries against South Africa and Sri Lanka yet in his career and the lanky batsman expressed that he will try his best to achieve this feat in the coming years.
