Kevin Sinfield of Leeds Rhinos shows faith in his outfit’s calibre - Rugby League

Kevin Sinfield, skipper of Leeds Rhinos, shared his views about his team’s standing for the Engage Super League qualifying semi-final, which will be staged on Friday, September 30, at the Halliwell Jones Stadium, against the league toppers, Warrington Wolves.
While speaking about the Leeds’ much talked-about clash against the league leaders on Friday, Sinfield shared that his team needs to march into the game with an impressive start.
He went on and explained the reason why he wants his team to play aggressively and stated,
“We can come from a couple of scores down but we don't want to be in that position. We know they come out of the blocks really well, they are really aggressive at the start. But we've nothing to lose. All the pressure is on Warrington. For us the shackles
are off so let's go there and ask some questions. If we play five drives and a kick, they'll put 60 points on us, we'll get the medicine that a lot of other teams have got this year, a good hiding.”
The captain of the Rhinos’ pack believes that his squad is well-aware of the things which are essential for winning. Once these are incorporated properly into the game, the clash becomes a single sided win, as is desired by any team.
He also mentioned that his squad is in full form to embark on the tug of war for the Grand Final glory, which is apparent from their four-match winning streak after their heart wrenching defeat against the Wigan Warriors at the final showdown of the Challenge
Cup.
While identifying his squads weak points that need to work on, the skipper also said that Wigans and Saints are the only teams from this season, which are still unbeaten by Leeds. The list of undefeated teams also had Huddersfield Giants in it, two weeks
ago. The win was only possible because of the good form of Leeds’ squad.
It is apparent from what the coach has shared about the team’s form, that Rhinos are in it, to win it, which means that nothing stands between them and the Grand Final showdown. According to the skipper, his team brings out its best form in the toughest
conditions.
