how can i track the person or pc that installed a keylogger in my computer, and legaly what can be done ?

If you got it through an email there are ways to track the IP address that sent it. You can do a lot with a IP address :P

Hey, there is no way to track the origin of that specific program that has entered your computer.  Considering there is numerous ways that the program could have inadvertently entered your system, it is impossible to pinpoint the point of infestation or who the perp is.  Just get it off your computer, and be safe so it never happens again.
