Four management trainees were hired locally. They were taken to Canada where they were given a nine months extensive training in a university on burgerology. After they finished their degree, they came back and started recruiting the other 630 crews. They gave a recruitment advertisement in a local newspaper. They recruited the crews from the local market. These crews were also given training how to serve the customers. The four management trainees were initially given the responsibility to lead the crew team. Finally, the number of crews went up to 1200 under the supervision of 6 western supervisors.
