Key won't turn in Toyota Camry after break-in?

My 94 Toyota Camry was broken into, and now the key won't turn in the ignition. They were trying to get my stereo out, and must have done something to the ignition? Any ideas on how I could fix this or will I just have to get it towed?

Try turning the wheel as you wiggle the key.

If that doesn't work, try grabbing the steering column (behind the wheel) and rotating it back and forth, then try the key again.

astriod is right wiggle it n try turning the key at the same time. sometimes you have to really put pressure on the wheel left or right. they might have stuck something in the ignition like a s***w driver and fucked the ignition up. this happ to my olds i would have to wiggle the wheel hard until finally it wouldnt turn anymore i had to replace the ignition.
