Keyboard help please?

well i am looking to buy a keyboard....and i dont understand anything!

and what is the difference between an arranger, a synthesizer, and a workstation?

i want to make all kinds of music and there is no price limitation.

and what is the best brand to buy? yamaha?

they all can do the same thing depending what you want to do. Yamaha is good. I have bought a used one recently to try out. Hope this helps.
