Keyboard keys ? + mouse opposite?

i need help!!

my little boys started pressing buttons on the laptop while i was out the room>> i have no idea what they press but it made everything the opposite

like cap lock is on now>> but im writting in lower case>>

also i cant press one two three ect because it comes out like this !@#

and when i click the left mouse button it highlights everything>>>

im so confused>> someone please help>>> ten points PLEASE!!!!!!!!

maybe the shift key is wedged down, make sure it is raised (you might need to use a key or something to lift it.

its a norm.

I usually get it..

what I do is repeatedly press the CTRL+SHIFT+ALT button and then test back the buttons and mouse click if still no then I continue repeating the process. In the end it does work.

for your case I suggest you do the same and if there is no change try shutdown your pc wait for 5-10 minutes then start again or if still no change ... get a new keyboard.

maybe its a Sticky Key Effect.

if thats the case maybe try pressing your right SHIFT button 5 times it will turn off or else press 5 times again

when a message box appears click settings to disable the sticky key effects
