  1. turn off your numbers lock NumLk.

a laptop keyboard does not have room for a separate 10-key number pad, so it shares keys with letters when the numbers lock is on.

    see:

Where did the numeric keypad go?

  2. Hi, check out the region/locale that your laptop is set to and also check out the keyboard layout, something, possibly malware may have set them to another country and keyboard code.

    Good luck.

  3. call 4 some technical help

    & till then use a on-screen keyboard

  4. You have a laptop, don't you?

Click the Fn or Function key. It will be a blue or another noticeable color (most likely)

Hold that down and press the NUM LK key (I'm guess it might be F 11 for you on a laptop... but may vary)

This will fix your problem... as U and K are 4 and 2 on my laptop with num lock on.

  5. Restart your computer once. if it still does not work then Restart your computer again but while booting  computer just press F8 repeteadly then when your screen comes of in DOS mode just choose last known good configuration option.

    Thanks
