Keyboard works but doesn't work at the same time?

Okay, when I turn it on, with the beginning screens and all it works; like where it says to press F10 or to press Enter to choose to start windows normally, start it with safe mode, etc. But when I'm finally at the desktop and everything, it won't type anything! like if i wanna log in Yahoo!Messenger, or type stuff on Microsoft word, nothing comes out. How do I fix this?

Try starting it in Safe Mode.  If that works, I would suggest you run some anti-malware scans, also while in Safe Mode.  You may have malware blocking your keyboard.

Uninstall the drivers, and then reboot.
