Keyjen Star set to stand first in Mill Kennels Sprint
Keyjen Star is all set to shine at Doncaster where she will run in Mill Kennels Sprint on Monday night, April 9. The high-voltage Open Race over 275m distance is scheduled to commence at 14:15 (GMT).
For the prize money of £150, the R. Hardy-trained black b***h will compete against Landown Cee Jay, Salacres Vision, Coldwater Penny, Droopys Enigma and River Fortune.
After breaking from Trap 6, she will surely be able to exhibit a big run and outplay her rivals confidently.
In just a month of her professional career, the brilliant b***h has delivered some outstanding performances, making herself realise in the eyes of the bookmakers and gaining high odds in the betting market.
Making her debut on March 2, 2012, the novice runner accomplished a fabulous hat-trick of victories. She moved forward to finish 6th in her last start.
Thus, the daughter of Droopys Maldini out of Ullid May is carrying a lot of confidence and courage which will help her thrive in the Sprint.
The hot favourite hound’s chances to finish first in the race are as high as 95 percent provided she manages to capitalise well on her capabilities.
Out of Keyjen Star’s competitors, Landown Cee Jay and Coldwater Penny can impede her way towards victory.
Landown Cee Jay bagged a couple of consecutive victories during February 2012. The J. Houfton-trained black dog went on to finish 3rd each in two back-to-back races in March. After earning a runner-up position on March 23, the son of Droopys
Maldini out of Perfectly Bred elegantly finished first in his last start on March 30.
Coldwater Penny won two races in a row during February 2011. The C. Lynch-trained black and white dog bagged a sterling triumph on March 1. In his second last outing on June 20, the dashing dog finished as runner-up.
In order to pave her way towards the boundary strap, Keyjen Star will have to get a reasonable lead within 10 seconds after the break call. Good luck to the b***h.
